Job Description

ob Title: HR Manager

Job Overview: The HR Manager will play a key role in our organization, overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and policy implementation. The successful candidate will lead our HR team and work closely with department heads to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll processing.
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of X years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
